After adding neon lines on the collage, I realized it turned or looked like a cartoon. We just need some characters because the background is already set and ready. This got my interest and wondering if what will the characters will look like. Will they be also in neon lines?

Interesting that your lines emphasize features I did not notice in @shaka's photo. The tree, in the foreground, for example, and the crosses on the buildings. The 'Rappler Effect'. We all see something different. Your collage illustrates that.
