Yes some may look like us except for the little gray aliens who look that way because maybe not enough sunlight on their home planet.
Maybe we are the aliens. There is speculation we originally came here from Mars and had to leave as the planet Mars became uninhabitable. Seems we are trying to get back to Mars and colonize people there now that we are bent on ruining this planet with plastics, pollution, deforestation, etc.
