I think that you are a very good example of what I would consider a motivator and builder which is in contrast with the traditional type of influencers that can be found on Instagram or Youtube.
You don't just influence others, you motivate them to take action and the result is clearly visible with @project.hope.
...Before popularity brought money and this pushed developers to create all those algorithms...
I quite had the same thoughts when I was writing that. Already now the discovery on steem/hive is quite difficult and some people might actually request to have algorithms that define what they will see in their feeds. I hope we won't get there because the guy who creates these algorithms can always us them for his own interests...
