Tutorial: FIVE Effective WAYS To Make An Effective MOUSE TRAP.

in Project HOPE4 years ago (edited)

Dear Hivers

Many people are looking for a powerful way to make an effective mousetrap to overcome the presence of rats in the house. Rats are animals that are classified as omnivores, so they consume everything.

Even more stifling, if there are rats in the house, there must be problems that arise. Either stealing food to destroying furniture so that the occupants get angry. If you want to eradicate it with rat poison, there is actually a carcass and an unpleasant smell everywhere.

Then how is the effective solution?

5 powerful ways to make an effective mouse trap.

Currently there are many mouse traps sold in the market, but many complain that these traps do not work effectively. It turns out that there are several ways to make a traditional mousetrap that are easy to make but the results are very effective and do not cause problems such as carcasses scattered everywhere or offensive odors:

Bucket and spoon mousetrap

Have an unused bucket at home? You can use these used items as traps or mousetrap that can work effectively. How to prepare a bucket and a spoon and butter or peanut butter for basting.

How to make traps with these tools, among others:

• Brush the ends of the spoon with butter or peanut butter.
• Place the spoon in a slightly high place.
• Place the bucket directly under the spoon.
• So, when the mouse has begun to be attracted to butter or jam bait, the mouse will approach it and eventually fall with the spoon in the bucket.

Mousetrap from mineral bottles

Mouse traps can then be made from bottles of mineral water. These aqua bottle rat traps are very easy to make and don't cost a fortune. All it takes is a used bottle of aqua or other mineral water, wire, paper clips, thread and rubber.

How to make it easy as follows:

• Remove the plastic on the body of the bottle.
• Cut atas the top of the bottle so that it does not come off with a knife or cutter.
• Make two holes for each side of the top bottle and attach the wood until translucent.
• Attach the rubber on both sides of the wood visible from the outside.
• Then tie the neck of the bottle with thread. The end of one rope is tied to form a hole that will later be used as a hook.
• Attach the paper clip as a bait hook by perforating the back of the bottle.
• By the time the rat smells the bait and approaches and eats it, at the same time the bottle will be attracted and close so that the rat will be trapped.

Mousetrap with glasses and coins.

For this trap, it's very easy to make. Just provide glasses and coins. These traps can only be used once and trap small mice.

How to prepare it:

• Place the bait on the floor and cover with an inverted glass.
• To make the holes for the rats to enter, prop the coin upright on the glass. Used as a wedge.
• This way, when the mouse enters the glass, the coins will shift and the glass will automatically close.

Trap rats from tall buckets and sterofoam plates.

For this one trap, the tools and materials that need to be prepared include cans, wire and plates made from sterofoam as basic ingredients.

How to prepare it:

• Punch a hole in 1/3 of the plate.
• Then insert the wire and attach the bait on the small plate.
• Place wood on both sides of the bucket for the mouse walkway.
• Mice that will eat the bait will likely fall into the bucket.

Rat traps from gutters and buckets.

The latter trap can be made with strips of gutters about 5-10 cm long and a high bucket. The trick is to catch mice quickly.

How to prepare it:

• Put the paralon in a high place with some hanging.
• Give food bait at the end of the paralon.
• Place the bucket directly under it.
• When a mouse approaches and tries to pedal the food, the mouse will fall with the paralon into the bucket.

By doing some effective ways to make an effective mousetrap above, you can be sure that the house will avoid the very annoying mice.
