The first time I heard about it was in the explanation of a painting by an Estonian painter. It happens without fail every year, between March and April, when the Riisa Village in Soomaa, Estonia, fills with water and is a tourist attraction for visitors who can kayak through the forests of the Soomaa National Park.

Greetings @aplausos, right the phenomenon is quite an attraction for tourists, even when the forests are flooded and reach some urban areas, in Estonia they have become accustomed to this climatic wonder of the planet.
