Communication, integrity, and transparency are some of the qualities a good leader should have!
Create some kind of balance in value not only for your customers but also for your staff can be tricky sometimes but not impossible!
A true leader shouldn't be in front of their employees but besides them and should be the voice of everyone and not just themselves.
At least that's what I believe!
