How to wake up more early every day.

It is rather usual that when we have an appointment to catch or something exciting that we want to accomplish, we wake up early before every other person in the house and in no time we are dressed and prepared for the day, that energy keeps us prepared and we do not feel sleepy until that excitement is obtained but the reverse usually happens on a normal Monday morning when we are ready to go to work, the body just wants to sleep a little bit more and have more time to rest.

But things will be clearly different if we carry on that spirit of exciting expectation into our lives every day, this will make us get up more early and achieve better things. Waking up early has been a great secret used by successful people but it is really difficult to do I must confess, however we must be ready to learn and grow every day.

When it comes to waking up early in the morning, the activities of the previous night has so much to do with that, cleaning up the house at night before going to bed will make waking up in the morning more exciting, when you are waking up to a clean and nice looking environment it definitely makes a lot of difference to the mind.

Planning the tasks to be done the night before, makes waking up the following morning come easier. Imagine that you already have a list of the goals you will like to achieve the following morning and a very neat room to supplement, it makes the day easier to tackle early.

Keeping the alarm far away from our bed space is a very serious secret, when we need to get up in order to put off the alarm it makes the body a little bit more awake but when your phone is right beside you it comes very easy to simply hit the snooze button and roll over to the other side of the bed.

Most of us are very used to giving ourselves reasons to get back to bed after waking up early, we look out of the window and say oh it is still dark and I can get some extra minutes of sleep, that is a very wrong approach. Instead make it a decision to wake up early every day and say to yourself, it feels so great to be able to start my day early and that means I will be able to accomplish more things.

I think it is a matter of habit, many have created a habit of getting up early and the brain responds to it by doing so, even if it has gone to bed late. In my case it is like that, however as you mention it is important for those who have not created the habit to go to bed early, have dinner before eight o'clock at night, sleep in a comfortable place, without light, without the TV on, do not take long naps or do it after 4 pm, among others.

I know that many people have problems with getting up early, fortunately for me it is not a problem. However, getting up and making the most of the morning hours is important for anyone who is starting out, and who also wants to make the day go a lot more efficiently.Hi @frederickbangs

Hello friend, the truth is that it is quite difficult for me to get up early but sometimes it is necessary. According to many great entrepreneurs and people who have succeeded in life, one of their great habits is to get up early. In my opinion it is something of attitude and to be perseverant, constant in what we do and we want to achieve. Greetings.
