A popular saying goes: "If you do not love yourself, you cannot love others". It cannot be said that we love others when we are not happy with our lives, with what we do and who we are, because our deficiencies would not allow us to make others happy, nor would we be happy with others. We would live nonconformist with all the good that they can tell us and we would end up exhausting those who love us well with our nonconformist attitudes.
