Even take things apart, to discover the cable was bad…
It’s not really a sad story, I mean it might sound like it if you start reading the threads on an iFixIT post... But I’m here to assure you, it’s not that tough. The 5 Point Security Torx bit set is HERE and after drilling a small hole in the side I was able to wedge out the plugs. They’re just fine if you like them all scratched up and with extra holes :p
All that’s just encouragement! It CAN be done, but it let me ask you a question…
