The Venezuelan electrical system is a reflection of what the country is at a cultural level. Unfortunately, we never think about the future and everything is left adrift due to lack of maintenance and partisan struggles that do not think about people, destroying the works of the rival government and the lack of distribution planning by not building hydroelectric plants by regions to alleviate the load of Guri, among many others. @tipu curate 2
