The scams continue, and each time they are more elaborate, they take the time to configure, program and automate the process (Of scam). I want to show you a new strategy that they are doing, that no doubt and unfortunately many will have fallen into this, and lost some of their money. That in this case does not mean much for some, but for others it will surely be something significant.
Unfortunately this type of situation will continue to occur, and most likely will continue when some who have little knowledge, and looking for free money, end up losing. You have to educate yourself, use logic and do not look for the easy thing, because what comes too easy brings...its risks.
Let's start analyzing the process, which denotes a good planning, because they take their time, first to devise and create the system, then they have the patience that people begin to fall, and take ownership of what does not belong to them. 4 days ago a friend sent me a link to a Telegram bot channel, which allowed me to interact with him, create the referral link, among other things.
Going to Telegram through this link gives me the option through simple commands (/start, /Claim, /Referral), so the first thing it tells you that you have been invited by Xperson, and that within two days they will send 900 TRX, but you have to refer 4 people. (Image 1). In images 2 and 3 you can see that it guides you to find your referral link, invite some people and you can opt for the AIRDROP.
At this point I said to myself, there you go, an airdrop and there is no Wallet request, it is not done on a Blockchain, or anything like that, so I decided to continue, because it seemed very strange to me, I invited three people, with whom I communicated previously (my wife and two friends). They opened the referral link and I got the notification. So far so good.
As you can see in image 4, the bot informed me when the people joined the supposed AIRDROP through my referral link. In image 5, dated today, you can see that despite not meeting the minimum number of referrals they asked for, they tell me that I qualify for the Airdrop. ok, ok... this is even more suspicious. But well, so far I don't see any threat in all this, and besides it doesn't take much of my time, otherwise I would have quit long ago.
The following images you can see that I make the withdrawal request, that I have 1340 RX available, and how much I want to withdraw, I put 1300, and what finally convinced me that it was a scam was the following, what you can read in image 7.
In order to obtain the "AIRDROP " I had to send 45 TRX to that wallet that they send me. There, I knew that yes, my suspicions were true. What led me to think and ask myself How many people will have sent those TRX to that Wallet, currently they are only about 5 dollars, and it seems nothing, but if we multiply that amount by 100, 1000, or 10000, there if we see a large amount in one day. Quickly.
To summarize:
- Nowhere send money so they can send you more money. Not on these things. I know there are many sites that handle it that way, they ask for more money so they can release something that has already been sent, you end up losing even more.
- Nowadays there are many forms of scams, so you should always be very vigilant. Much less of your passwords, of anything, because you can lose your accounts. Never provide any personal information. That is to say, be suspicious when you see free money.
- Always go to official accounts,: Instagram, Twitter, facebook, Web page, etc.

Scams are becoming highly sophisticated and one needs to be very careful in the crypto space. Any airdrop that will require you to send some funds first before receiving it is already a red flag and you should beware. It is better to be very careful than to regret at last.
