You're right, most of us don't like to hear criticism, much less if we always try to do things right. It usually happens that we put effort in something and the least we expect is criticism, but that we put effort does not necessarily mean that we are doing it well at all, it always means that we are doing it right.

Hi @josevas217 - I believe we can always improve what we do even if we are quite good. There is always more to learn and understanding other perspectives is going to help us see ways to improve.
