Fully agreeing with you, technology and digitalization has already set a pace in developed countries, and its massive adoption was vital in these months of pandemic, however, there are countries that still do not have this culture of using technology and digitalization, and this greatly reduces their ability to stay in the market. I believe that South American countries and those located on the African continent, must appropriate the advantages offered by technology in order to recover their income during and after the pandemic.
