Hi guys this is lucky ali and i am back with another discussion and it is about private job vs goverment job. This important discussion for those who are looking forward do job.
If you talk about me i prefer business. And our region is known for business. Yes i am talking about gujarat. Gujarati people prefer business first instead of jobs.
So my thinking is also same so here i am doing multiple businesses and it is better for me than job. So anyway let's come on the topic. Here we are going to dicuss the benefits of both so let's start it.
Private Jobs and Goverment jobs
Both are important so we are not going to criticize anyone because both has a value on it's side.
Not for the job seekers but also for governement, private and government jobs are important.
Holidays- You will get off day on every single festival and even more than festivals you can take a holiday but this is very difficult for those who are doing private job.
Job Security- This is the biggest benefit of goverment job because no one can get out you from a job and not only this you wll get pension after retirement. so your life is set here.
Pay Structure- Goverment increase the salary from time to time. And also the begining salary is also good than private job. Even normal worker is getting good salary and pension.
Working Hours- This is the third most important benefit of goverment job that give you greed of goverment job and it is working hours. You have to work only in Scheduled hours then no one wll stop you to leave.
Promotion and Benefits- Well in private job you are depended on boss but here you will get promition from time to time and this is the reason that your salary will increase along with the promotion.
So guys these are the benefits of goverment job and this is the reason that people are crazy for goverment job. But point be noted that now contract system is taking place in goverment job and also unemployment is increasing in india so now slowly the goverment jobs will be like completely private jobs soon.
Enterpreneurship- As i said before i like business more than jobs. And if you want to get more better experinece then private job is the key. You can be a business man and start own company by taking a solid experience from private job. For example If you have worked in medical store then you will get enoough knowledge to run own medical store.
Jumps- Ability is the most important thing in private job and you can change your job anytime for high salary but you must have that ability so company will offer more salary based on your ability and experience.
- Working Abroad- If you know google's CEO sundar pichayi then you can understand it. You can go abroad and do your job. In the goverment job you can't leave even your city because place has fixed in goverment job.
- Better Facilities- Nowadays, biggest companies giving better facilities to their employees that goverment job not giving. Such as car, flat and foods.
So guys these are the benefits of private job and i have said it before that both sector has own speciality and benefits so we can't say that one is useless and one is important. Better thing is both sector is part off GDP so if anyone will harm, it will affect on country's GDP.
Well current goverment of india is really headache because unemployment rate has reached on peak till yet and it is 23.50 percent. And this is not for corona but it was already on peak.
And along with this the GDP growth rate is 4.2% it is worst ever. So Demonetisation is the main reson behind this. so this type of thing is also harming the job sector too. Because GDP means Gross domestic product.

When it's time to look for a job I think it's very common to wonder whether it's better to work in the public or private sector. Every job has its benefits, as you say. I worked for the state for 8 years, and it helped me to study, because I had easy schedules, for that same reason, the state allows it, and since I was studying they gave me certain priorities.
But I think that the pension system and other benefits are getting worse and worse, considering everything that is happening.
