In addition to the action of plagiarism itself, those authors incurred in breach of trust. I see the banner as a symbol or corporate seal of PH, however, to fight against plagiarism, involves perfecting the healing process, not easy to achieve, however, an objective way to perform healing is to implement peer review, where 2 (two) curators who have similar skills to the area of the published content are assigned, this in order to detect those articles that contain plagiarism. Another aspect, which I believe PH should implement as a rule, is to educate users to use bibliographic references to corroborate the information that is shared. Best regards, we will keep reading.
