This is one of the phrases that I like the most, sometimes we are filled with despair and negative energies that lead to nothing, and these scenarios do not allow us to see or find solutions to our reach, "It often happens that we avoid facing the problem" I think that is the cause, when we do not face the problems these inevitably end up worsening our situation.
