You know 99/100 we humans are designed to always feel like Expressing our thoughts most times through words either in a positive manner or a negative manner.
Most times some situations warrant us to express our feelings in a positive manner using our words
And another time also , some situations want us to express our thought in a negative manner through our words
That is when we should be mindful and careful of our words come in. Irrespective of the manner and situation we make use of our words either positively or negatively, we should always be careful of how we use our words.
Now let me talk about business, I have seen a lot of Businesses which have great and amazing potential to be successful when they are created but due to misuse of words in that business which can either be caused by the employee or the employer, it causes the downfall of the business.
Some huge and big contracts that should have make the business booms and come into spotlight, but due to the words been harshly speaken to, the contracts was lost.
Now as the CEO or the business owner, we should be careful of how we make use of our words, do you know that your words can affect your workers negatively if you are not careful which can lead to.your Business downfall.
You might be wondering as a business owner, why is my business crumbling permit me to use that word, have you check how you make use of the words that comes from your mouth.
Yes you might be ignorant of that. But that little harsh words you speak to your business, to your workers, to people who brings or offers contract to you can later turn around to affect your business negatively.
