Every great business is built on a good management skill and that is the reason why a business must have sound management decision if at all it is going to survive, as a business manager it is important that focus is placed on result.
When a child goes to school, at the end of the term the child is expected to come back home with result and that result in most cases is to ascertain how well the child has performed in school throughout the term. In some families if a child fails, he will be greatly spanked by the parents and this is to register in his consciousness that he is not permitted to come back home with another failed result next time and he needs to pay proper attention to his studies, for some families the parents get a private tutor to help improve the educational ability of the child, whichever method is used it only shows how important a result is to the parents.
The same principle is applicable to entrepreneurs, the only thing that shows how well you have been able to handle your business is what your result is showing at the end of the day.

The truth is as an entrepreneur the result may not be always be pleasant, there are days when the result is going to be extremely amazing and encouraging and you are surely going to bless the day you took the step to become an entrepreneur, that is not to emit the fact that there are going to be the days that the result you get is surely going to make you cry and I am not going to say you should not cry but after crying, the next thing is to take action.
Irrespective of the type of result you obtain from your business either positive or negative, the best thing to do is to look for ways to focus those results on the activities that will bring a better result. For me a result is to show you where you have missed it or where you need to tighten your seat belt, a result shows you where exactly the loop holes are and how you need to work on those loop holes to achieve a result that will make you smile next time you seek a result.
As an entrepreneur or an intending entrepreneur, it is important to take survey by looking at the result you are going to get from your business from time to time, rather than just working round the clock without knowing if you are making any progress or not.
I have some experiences that value only results, and the truth is that the evaluation has been a little incomplete. It is important, of course, to have them as a reference, since it even allows us to make comparisons and see evolution, but the reality is that there are many external factors that can affect and give bad results.
It always depends on what type of activities you do.
