Amazon create its owns product to compete with its competitors. Asides the Amazon Prime service that customers pay for quick delivery of products and the fee that sellers pay for getting their products on Amazon, Amazon create products that third party sells on its platform and with this, a lot of sellers have said that Amazon has taken their customers with its ability to sell its product as customers would tend to trust a product by its seller.
Amazon starting in 2009 as a store selling books but Amazon already had its plan set and wanted to be the all round store for everything. The store has become the everything store but then it wants to become the everything Amazon brand store with over 100 branded company products ranging from batteries, chairs, cables and chargers, office supplies, bedding and so on.
Amazon their algorithm which keeps data of customer activities to determine the type of amazon product that will be displayed to the customers, thereby giving customers their product first before that of their competitions and third party suppliers.
If you are searching for products on Amazon, the first product to show will be an Amazon product if there is a branded Amazon product with the search. No matter how much the sellers pay for advertising, consumers still get Amazon product as a recommended product.
