Hello friends, I hope you are all having a great day and as we draw even closer to the festive seasons, I wish everyone the very best of the season and may the goodness of the season abide with our homes. Like you know already, I like to write about what entrepreneurial journey is all about and my personal experience as I begin my own little business while it transforms into something great along the line.
It is the festive season all over the world and it only during on such occasions that I get to travel to visit my family and as much as I would have loved to explain the details of my journey to you my friends, I already have the experience written in my diary post and there will be no need for a repetition over here.
I guess traveling sucks generally over here during festive seasons and since I have always travelled by road I thought that traveling by air will be even a better option, so I decided to give it a trial but the disappointment I got from that trip was top notch, although it is still much better than road as a result of the speed and convenience but I was not happy since it had my plans for the day distorted.
Now back to the topic, I had to travel away from my current location and I left my business in the hands of a capable staff, the thing is if I had to report to someone I would not be able to leave until my boss gives me the permission to do so but since I am an entrepreneur, I have the leverage to take this once in a year vacation and spend time with family as I relieve myself off the accumulated stress all though the year.
Another time when I feel good to be an entrepreneur is that time of the year when I need medical attention, I might have to stay on medication for a long time and need to get bed rest and at that point if I am not working with a boss that is understanding, there is going to be a problem there but being an entrepreneur who has a trained staff gives me the opportunity to take a vacation and a bed rest whenever necessary.
Although, since my business is still in the age of growth, I cannot just take vacations whenever I like and I am even planning to cut this vacation as short as I can so that I can get focused on my business as soon as possible again. As an entrepreneur you are in control of your time and you are the boss of yourself. This is the advantage of being an entrepreneur.
Focusing in business is very vital if your business is still at earlier stage. I love your concept.
