Customer service in a simple way of definition can be referred to as how one delivers products and services to a customer. It involves the level of accessibility, efficiency and satisfaction for one to determine if the service is good or otherwise.

A customer is the one able to make the decision of buying and also determines ones stay in business. Customers are people who love your products or service and has positive perception of you. Customer relationship on the other hand is the level of service satisfaction and connection between a person, company and the customers.

We should note that our relation is the approach we have to winning our customers to ourselves and retaining them. We should have proper orientation of all resources and all people we relate with as we need each other to create a win win situation.

The perception of the success on this interaction depends on employees who can adjust and understand the personality of the customers. So organizations or individuals that value good customer service may spend more money training their employees on effective customer relations management.

Lastly, customer service plays an important role in the ability to generate income and revenue in a business and or organization. This is to note that this customer service and relationship management should be included as part of the overall approach to the systematic improvement.
