RE: The Business of Fighting War; Who Gains in a War

I think I read a long time ago that there are two groups of people who can profit from a war:

  1. People of arms: both those who are manufacturers, and those who can order them to be used and obtain dividends from the use of violence, death and repression
  2. People of reconstruction: The reconstruction contracts after a war seem to be as attractive and as lucrative as those of the contractors or mercenaries for the war, they also have a better public image and there may even be people who consider them " the good guys in the movie, "the bad thing is that they may well be partners with the same contractors, mercenaries or politicians who ordered the attacks and destruction.
Sort:

War is for two people, those who have something to lose and those who have something to gain but at the end. It is just a game of business, those who die are those who lose while the government and the giant companies who will restructure and mine resources gain.
