Greetings @ramsesuchiha, I understand your discomfort I worked in the Farmahorro chain for 3 months as assistant manager working from Monday to Monday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for only 70 dollars a month, that's called exploitation and also take advantage of the need of people to have a job to support the home.
