Overweight is one of the biggest problems and it also creates many other health issues. If we continue to do exercise daily what about half an hour to 45 minutes, then we can manage our weight in a way that it will not exceed.

I agree with you, we must always find time to do the things that will bring us benefits, and when they are related to the aspect of our health.

Especially because of the saying that says "a healthy mind in a healthy body". And this makes us more efficient and productive people, and in my experience also more pleasant.
