The year has begun, many of us have one thing or the other as a desire to achieve. Sadly, not everyone would achieve their desire, not because no one achieved such desire before, but because the approach towards achieving it was wrong.
It is time reinvent ourselves, re-examine and re-evaluate ourselves; what have we been working so hard to achieve that's not coming forth?
What has been the approach we used towards achieving these things?
How many times have we failed, yet still repeated the same process, is it not yet a time for a change of approach?
Please note this, To become "extraordinary", it takes the little "extra".
There's something we missed in our approach that's making our desire seem impossible.
The failures we've experienced is a proof that there's something we need to do extra, that we need to try a different approach, that there's something we're not getting right.
No matter how hard you work, you can't achieve the desired results without the right kind of approach and process.
It is dangerous to repeat the same process over and over again, expecting a different result.
This is another year, we ought to leave the cycle we've repeated over the years without a tangible results.
It is foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful.
Whatever it is that's gainful, please engage in it. Apply the SMART GOAL SETTING principles. Let you goal for the year be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound.
List out what you wish to achieve this year and approach them with focus and be ready to pay the price.
It is often said that "Where there's a Will, there's a way". You can't determine to succeed, following the true way to success, without succeeding.
