Advise for young entrepreneurs!

Entrepreneurship is not an easy task. Many people wait with the idea but they not enough have money. Most of the people believe that nothing happens without money and they wait when the money will collect and start the business. However, there are many successful entrepreneurs who have not lagged behind for the money. Starting with what you have, the business has grown slowly. Jack Ma, he has become one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world by creating an organization like Alibaba through his own efforts. He advises young entrepreneurs at various times. He once told students at a Russian university how to start a business without cash.

First Advise

The first demand of new entrepreneurs is money. But who wants to invest in a new business? It is really difficult to start working in such a situation. Jack Ma thinks that not being able to raise money is not a big problem. The big issue is whether the entrepreneur is able to do his job properly. He said that if the entrepreneur can do his job properly, then it creates interest in the enterprise from both the customer and the investor.

An entrepreneur asked Jack Ma, he doesn't have money like Alibaba. Then how will he make his courier business. Jack Ma said cooperation from successful people is never available. When Alibaba was created, he also did not get any loan from any bank. Even a large courier company did not want to take on the responsibility of delivering Alibaba products. Jack Ma then finds small enterprises, whose scope of work is small but they are interested in working for novice entrepreneurs. It is also important to make such connections.

Third Advise

It can be seen that at the beginning, a new entrepreneur gets frustrated while doing various tasks like getting clearance, making front and back connections. Some complain that there is no business environment. In this case, Jack Ma asks the opposite question, if everything is ready in the market, then what will be the benefit of the work of the entrepreneur? According to Jack Ma, when nothing is ready, that is the right time to start a business. Take this opportunity and move on. In short, you can't go back.
