one of the things that terrifies me about this rising market is that very few people are influencing the price of BTC, if tomorrow the big whales of the world fiat sell their BTC the small and medium investors would have huge losses, this already happened in 2017 so I prefer to be cautious in investing

Not really, there are numerous people influencing the current move and some favourable dynamics, but no one is sure how long this can last.
