A company is defined as a production unit, constituted by its shareholders, partners or owner with the purpose of obtaining a good, a service or a product, depending on its objective and goal, which will depend on its public, private or mixed capital.

Its structure is complex, but it must be competitive to position itself in the market, which means that its productive engine must be prepared to face any circumstance and problem situation. Hence, it must have a highly efficient and effective human capital, capable of facing this situation, but of course, this is not achieved around the corner, that is why an improvement of the worker's performance must be applied and for this purpose the following strategies are adopted:

1.- Describe the problem in a friendly way: As owner or leader of the company, the attitude towards the employee or worker must be empathetic, making him participate in all actions and strategies that are based on the production unit, thus making the human capital feel an important part of the company's structure. This implies that the problem statement is made in a simple way, as if it were a conversation between friends, with active participation.

2.- Ask the worker for help in solving the problem: At this point the worker feels valuable and will surely give his best ideas, with great contribution to the solution of the present situation, since he feels part of the group of people who make decisions in the company.

3.- To express and discuss as a team the causes of the problem: Since the human capital is already part of the team that makes decisions in the company, it is easier to break down and make known the possible causes of the problem, which leads to the next point.

4.- Identify and denote possible solutions: It is important to designate roles within the team that has been created, this will allow a successful order, where you can keep track of possible solutions, taking into account a brainstorming.

5.- Designate specific actions to each team member: This allows prioritizing step by step the solution of the problem without colliding determining actions in the success of the achievement of the goal set by the work team.

6.- Agreement on a follow-up date: It is of utmost importance to assign a specific date to follow up on the problem situation discussed in the team. This implies making known the successes or failures arising from the strategies applied in agreement by the team. It is at this point that the problem can be reconsidered if necessary. It is vital that the assigned date is not out of phase with reality, because if there are deviations or very wide gaps with respect to the solution of the problem, the situation is aggravating and the solution can get out of hand.

In conclusion, the solution of problems within a company will always depend on the approach given and how it is taken by the work team. That is why it is important to actively involve the employee in the solution of these situations.
