During the last couple of weeks, I could make some progress in Rising Star with the band to get fans and skill. One aspect that I left behind was luck. The cards I have bought or received so far hardly came with luck points.
Skimming over the market, I found two rare instruments that (I think) were offered for a pretty attractive price:
Both instruments come with 60 luck points and the investment should balance out with in-game STARBIT earnings quickly.
Why caring about luck? There are several aspects:
- The more luck, the more drunk fans you can get in a mission. The more fans, the higher level missions are accessible.
- The more luck, the more skill you get from a music lesson
- The more luck, the higher the chances to win a random price
Note that the chances to get coffee or pizza do not depend on the number of luck points.
So, let's get lucky!

Both the instruments looks pretty good.
Good luck with using the Luck you will get from them.
One other thing you can do is do some special missions to mint some Drums or Guitars,
Once you build a drum set of a guitar, you will also get luck associated with them.
The only downside is the wait and search as you don't know when you will have all the parts ot make them.
Thanks for the hints! With special missions you mean the Custom Shop -> Guitar Fair missions? Those aren't accessible to me yet, I need to level up first :)
Right, you need to be at level 20 or above to do custom shop missions and it also cost 1k starbits
I think the instrument has the type of music lesson you are doing. If you are doing keyboard missions, then congratz.
As for the random prize, I have seen someone stacking instruments and increased their luck by a few thousand. It didn't really help them that much so i think the chance is fairly small.
Right, it doesn't work for all music lessons but only for those matching the instrument type.
For the random price: OK, I won't put much hope in it with my two cards :)
