Welcome to day 36 of daily card give away.
I have been buying the Rising star games from farm tokens mined. But due to competition in farm farmer game & the Rising star pack purchases I made in the past week, my farm production has taken a hit. Hence I have decided to move from daily purchase of packs to weekly purchase and concentrate on staking farm tokens for generating governance tokens.
As a result of this change, I will be moving to a weekly give away. Apologies for the sudden change. Will try to start the daily give away once I regain my earlier farm production rate.
One tip to rising star pack purchase, currently the price of farm token is around 4 hive. And each pack costs 0.66 Farm. Thats effectively 2.64 hive per pack. To buy the packs using hive it is 5 hive / pack and using starbits it costs 3.5 (10000 star bits= 3.5 hive at the current selling rate). So I feel purchasing through farm is the best alternate given the current price. So before you spend those precious starbits/ hive on pack purchase take a look at the exchange and see whats the best option.

Take music lessons when possible to raise skill and reduce ego.
Having lesson specific instruments helps in receiving more skill from that lesson.
Have pizza box to store any pizza received during mission to reuse later.
Buy cold pizza slice if possible. This gives 1 refill every 24hours. Comes very handy when you are low on energy.
If you have enough of cold pizza slice and pizza box, you will never run out of energy.
If you have more fans than skill and you want reduce the ego , you can use a storage trailer to store unnecessary cards. Or you can list the card in market for an unreasonably high price.
Ego received for a particular mission increases every time you play it. The ego is reset to base level the next day. So, try to play different missions to control the ego gained.
Keep track of your achievements to unlock in game rewards and
Buy storage trailer (only if necessary) to keep the cards that might have a negative effect. Like a card with high fan count resulting in ego.
When earning skill points through music lessons, you can earn more points per lesson if you hold more of specific instrument cards. There seems to be base skill which is rewarded irrespective of the card count and then the skill increases depending on the number of the lesson specific card one has.
Try taking up many smaller missions to fill up pizza boxes and have extra energy to play more rewarding missions. But you need to have pizza boxes for this to work.

Thanks for the card. I did see FARM being promoted but I was focusing more on free to play stuff since I was trying to grow my account. As I have not played it, does it generate a decent ROI (return on investment)?
For sometime there was market on FARM for Dcity and splinterlands. And many including me bought from those markets. And then there was option to buy rising star pack in game. Given the return in these individual games and the token price. Seems decent so far. But the Dcity / splinterland market is empty as of now. There was an idea of introducing rising star market within farm but not sure when that will be in place.
