A big hello to everyone who is part of this great musical community and to everyone involved in the blockchain in general. Today I want to share this song and its powerful lyrics, which begin like this:
A small town with a big hell, where there are homeless people begging and children going hungry.
There are areas where houses have no fences or are made of nothing but wire—and those are the kinds of places where you’ve gotta stay humble.
With these two main lines from the song, we begin to get a sense of what this track is about—one of the realities faced by many neighborhoods, towns, and states on this side of the world. Here in Venezuela, the situation continues to worsen day by day, but unfortunately, the saddest part of it all is that, little by little—as human beings who adapt to our environment—we’re getting used to this dreadful life.
Here on the blockchain, there are several communities and apps that build on the overall growth of the blockchain and all its applications; however, due to connectivity issues between the internet and my cell phone, I’m unable to access some of them. Likewise, over the last few days, I haven’t been able to visit my friend @ acidyo’s page or the official @blocktunes site. I hope this is just a one-day glitch and that I can continue sharing music and art with you all.

Hard times keep getting worse as our governments continue to ignore the needs of their poorest. We have so many Homeless in Vancouver Canada and the surrounding region, numbers that steadily climbs. Vancouver has the highest cost of living on top of a punishing Tax structure. I may be taking in a new roommate as more of people I know cannot afford their high rent and groceries.
Hard times will be global, we know who to blame.
I'll figure a way to translate Spanish rap lyrics.
