This stuff is so accessible now. You can get a lot of the tools for free. I wish I'd had those options in my teens, but computers were very basic back then. It's still all about the music though.

Yeah, for example if you buy a Mac, you get Garageband automatically installed. It is s powerhouse for a free DAW. I am a certified trainer and engineer for Garageband and Logic Pro X so that's what I use. Logic Pro is a beast for only $199 for a lifetime license.
