I just finished a 22.735km running that lasted about 1hh:36mm:51ss !

Today I went out for running after work. I ran with wearing a mask as usual.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。いつも通り、マスクをして走りました。

I was not able to increase the pace as intended, so the average pace was not so good. However, it was below 4'20"/km, I settle for that.
思うようにペースを上げることができず、平均ペースもそれほどよくありませんでした。とはいえ、キロ4分20秒は切れているので、とりあえずよしとします。

やっぱりマスクで走っているんですね〜ウォーキングでマスクでも暑くなるしハアハアしちゃうのに、@argonさんはマスクして走っているんだろうなぁ〜と思っていました。高地トレーニングみたいですよねww

真夏になったらさすがにマスクで走るのはきつそうなので、それまでにマスクをはずして走れる状況になってほしいと思っているのですが・・・
