I just finished a 30.456km running that lasted about 2hh:14mm:54ss !

Today I was off. I went out for weekend long running in the morning.
今日は仕事が休みなので、朝から週末のロング走をしました。

As Thursday's workout was so tiring, today I ran at slower pace. Although it was cloudy, I felt very hot because of a mask. So the workout was not easy in spite of the slower pace.
木曜日のワークアウトがかなりしんどかったので、今日は遅めのペースで走りました。天気は曇りでしたが、マスクのせいでとても暑く感じました。そのため遅めのペースにもかかわらず、楽ではありませんでした。
