In a world of expensive gimmicks, and 'hacks' and downright silly marketing ploys, its actually quite refreshing :-)

100% agree. Feel the same way about this and any time I find anything that supports my health that's free or crazy cheap I'm like, "what the?!"

I like it!! I also like the idea of you NOT pushing to do 200km in the next two weeks... !LOL

I also want to stay away from 'performance' goals. I'm not in a position to aim for a sub 4 hour marathon, or sub 45 minute 10k.

I'd rather just keep training sensible, and keep aiming for improvements, and then the improved performance will come later almost as a secondary bonus.
