If you manage to run 2 or 3 km on weekdays you soon will increase that mileage to 5k (it is just 12 minutes more ), the only thing you have to do is to plan in advance all the needs (ie shoes, pants, shirt...). At the end, all in all should not overpass 45 to 50', including the shower 😃
