Ruining is not a top priority these days. First thing this morning I went to donate blood. I do these every three months. It's a way to say thank you to health workers and to give a tiny contribution. It's a gesture of gratitude and love for human beings.
This is what we get immediately after the donation, a snack with juice and coffee. It is always delicious.
