I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:27mm:0ss !

Building up muscle mass

I started with regular Pushups and i did 5 sets of push ups 2 minutes rest of each set because i am not custom to exercising.

I strongly recommend going outside and finding a stable bar, somewhere you can hold and pull yourself up. It does not have to be some magical or special bar where it specifically designed for the people who do pull ups, you can just walk around your neighborhood to find some stable bar so you don't injure yourself by braking the bar.
I started with 6 reps, 60 secs rest
5 reps, 60 secs rest
4 reps, 60 secs rest
2 reps, 60 secs rest
1 reps 120 secs rest
1 reps 120 secs rest
