Morning Run

new.things just finished a 10.01km run, that lasted for 69 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 775.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Strava2hive easy long run for me. Was so hot and humid it looked like the ocean had evaporated or maybe the tide was just out. I was a little slower than normal but I did have to stop and give some directions to some tourists that had just got of the train and were looking for the bus to Stradbroke Island.
