Remind me never to complain about the heat and humidity again! Boy it was fresh this morning, google said 7 degrees but the wind made it feel colder luckily I had the lite weight running jacket on as it took ages to warm up.
The run was nothing special but it definitely easier and feels like I have more control over the pace the fitter I get. Previously it was just do the best you can and hang on.
