Morning Run

I just finished a 3.51km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:30ss !

Tried to do a faster run throughs this morning but really struggled to get into it. 14 days after testing positive to covid I feel pretty much fully recovered. It just feel like I need a bit more time to get some endurance back in my legs.

      Yes I reckon I got it from my workplace too. It seems to be slowly working it's way around I don't think we're at 50% but it must be getting close
