First time I went running again since my trail marathon on Saturday. It felt really good! I went up the mountain right where I live. It's really awesome that I just have to go out the door and after less than 5 minutes I am in nature :) In total I did 1000 vertical meters and 13.5km in just over 2 hours and 6 minutes. I have big things planned again for the weekend, so stay tuned for that and let's see how it goes ;)
