Description from Strava: Nice morning out. I've been struggling with my long runs and again today it wasn't easy but I can say I do feel like I am making some progress. I feel like the first half is almost flying by and my only struggles are in the final 3 or 4 kilometres. Still got a few more big runs before race day in Hawke's Bay, and all of this running is building up to Townsville as well.
Waiting for Kirsty to get home after her run I tried out a new recipe for a low carb cheese cake which actually turned out pretty good. We also had a hot cross bun with lunch as well.
