@steevc just finished a 7.83km run, that lasted for 47 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 597.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
I was at the pub jam session again last night and we had a good bunch there. I did a few of my own songs on ukulele that went down well plus some covers. I do not drink a lot of beer as it does not always agree with me and I did not sleep too well. I still wanted to get out for a run.
It was nice out there today with some sunshine. I just did the usual loop, but pushed harder down the hills to get some speed work. After I had been out for a while I felt better despite the lack of good sleep. A bit of fresh air does help.
I have volunteered at parkrun this week, so I may need to walk a little more to keep up my Move-ember distance. I would like to get to 200km over the month. In previous years I have managed to injure myself so I am keen to stay fit this time.
I noticed that Strava have dropped the Ukraine supporting theme. I have friends over there and have been a couple of times. They are still suffering from the Russian aggression.
Have a great day and run free!

Yay, you, @steevc for keeping at the live music gigs!!
It's just our little fortnightly get-together to play some tunes. Sometimes we even have an audience, but not this time apart from the lady behind the bar. The pub is often very quiet so I wonder how they make money.
Keep going, you're smashing your training at the moment and getting stronger every day.

There is a nothing of a town where I grew up named Jam. Basically it was just a small party store. Your title made me think of that.
Try and sleep more today! It's mandatory for the body
