I don't really want to wear a watch when I sleep and I'll know if I slept well. I'll do a longer run tomorrow and see how that goes. Before I hurt my back last weekend I was making good progress and my parkrun time shows I didn't regress too much.

It felt odd wearing a watch to bed to begin with, but I've got used to it now
Hope the long run goes ok... you've only missed a couple of weeks due to the back issue, so hopefully you can get return to making progress pretty quickly
The run was good. I would like to go further, but I'll build it up.
