You're covering a lot of ground each week. Don't wear yourself out ;) I find if I run several days in a row then I don't fully recover, but maybe you are more used to it.

Yea over doing it is a constant battle for me. I'm on my feet all day at work too, which also helps build some sort of fitness base, but trying to stay fresh and fully recovered to run hard or race is hard. Suppose I just like running and working out even if it's very slow. !PIZZA
