ACTIVE REST DAY

I just finished a 1.35km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:0ss ! I'm not going to the gym today because I'm working all through the night but I still have to stay active. Non exercise activity thermogenesis (N.E.A.T) is very key in keeping fit and burning calories. My aim is at least 10,000 steps today!
