Change To Rewards Payouts
People who have been using the service has been able to share in over 120 HBD over the past six months. Some of this has come out of my own pocket and I need to make some minor changes to make sure the service is able to run as smoothly as possible.
This does not mean there will no longer be any weekly rewards but it means I will be setting up a sliding scale of rewards from this week. All this means is if there are more posts using the service, the rewards payout will be bigger.
I am open to any suggestions but I have decided that for every 20 posts using @strava2hive, will add an 1 HBD to the rewards pool. For this week, we have had 44 posts using the service and as a result, the rewards pool to be shared to the top 15 users will be 3 HBD
I hope this does not put anyone off as I think things have been going really well and the service is continuing to grow.
We are continuing on with the leader board working on "Calories" burned over the week. I am going to do a small review in the coming week. As the numbers are growing, it may be time to extend the weekly leader board to the top 20, but I will keep you updated with my plans as I go.

** run.vince.run and strava2hive are organisers of the service and as a result is happy to forfiet any rewards earned and they are placed back into the pool of HDB offered to users.
Updates For The Week
Last week I discussed a major change to the way we are storing data on the platform. A lot of work has happened and we have moved almost half of the users across to the new data store and things are looking good so far. The change so fare has improved stability of the service and everything has been moving a lot quicker than what it normally does.
