RE: Lunch Ride With Low HRV

in EXHAUST2 years ago

I've been using HRV on and off for a few years. I find it very useful for planning and adapting my plans as needed. keep in mind that its not just your training load that will have an effect on your HRV, but other stressors (work, emotional stress etc will also influence the ANS, and that'll show up in your readings.

You're definitely right. Eat bad and sleep bad and it all has an impact on hrv and it still hasn't fully recovered. Trying to get more rest and food in but doesn't help that I have races this weekend. Thanks again for you help.

No probs, good luck and enjoy the races.
