I think that forking a blockchain to add new features is significantly easier compared to forking because of major technical or functional problems that needed to be fixed. 🤔🤯😅

Well, Qortal recently had some major network issues that led to old bugs, with a few forks to get the network running smoothly once again, which it mostly is, thankfully. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Qortal has always been in testing, and since there are few devs, and there's a lot to do, so some things have to wait a while. After all the network craziness, changes were implemented that made the whole network a lot more stable and resilient. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
